Who We Are
Our website is https://retronaga.com and we operate a companion mobile app
(“Retronaga”) for iOS. RetroNaga specializes in selling used and
refurbished retro gaming consoles, collectibles, and related products
across the GCC. Throughout this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to
the operator of retronaga.com and the Retronaga mobile app.

What We Collect
When you visit retronaga.com (website)
- Comments: when you leave a comment we collect the data in the
comment form plus your IP address and browser user agent string to help
detect spam. - Account information: if you create an account, we store your name,
email, phone, and shipping/billing addresses. - Order data: product details, totals, payment status, and shipping
status of every order you place.
When you use the Retronaga mobile app (iOS)
- Account credentials: phone number (verified via SMS OTP) or email
address, depending on which login method you choose. - Profile data: name, shipping addresses, country of residence.
- Order data: the items you buy, totals, payment method, delivery
status, and tracking numbers. - Device identifier (IDFA) — only with your permission via the iOS
App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. See “App Tracking” below. - App usage events: install, app opens, screen views, and purchase
events — used to measure ad effectiveness via AppsFlyer. - Diagnostic and crash data — provided to us automatically by Apple
when crashes occur, used solely to fix bugs.
We do not collect health data, biometric data, contacts, photos,
microphone audio, or precise GPS location.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
The first time you open the Retronaga app, iOS shows a prompt asking
whether you allow the app to track your activity across other companies’
apps and websites. You may decline this prompt — the app works fully either way.
If you allow tracking, your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) is
shared with our mobile measurement partner, AppsFlyer, so we can:
- Attribute installs and purchases back to the ad campaign that brought
you to the app (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Google Ads). - Measure return on advertising spend and refine our marketing.
You can revoke this permission at any time on your iPhone via:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Retronaga.
We do not use your name, email, phone number, or shipping address
for cross-app tracking purposes.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not share email
addresses, phone numbers, or shipping addresses with advertising
networks.
Cookies (Website Only)
- Comment cookies (one year) — save your name, email, and website if you
opt in - Login cookies (two days, or two weeks if “Remember Me” is selected)
- Screen-display preference cookies (one year)
- Editing/publishing cookies (one day)
- A temporary session cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies
The Retronaga mobile app does not use browser cookies for the in-app
content (it uses native device storage), but the in-app payment WebView
uses Stripe and WooCommerce session cookies for the duration of
checkout.
Embedded Content
Articles on retronaga.com may include embedded content (videos, images,
or articles from other sites). Embedded content behaves as if you
visited the originating site directly — those sites may collect data,
use cookies, and track your interactions independently of us.

Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Export your data in a portable format
- Delete your account and personal data (subject to legal/accounting
exemptions on completed orders) - Object to specific processing, such as marketing
- Withdraw consent for ad tracking at any time via iOS Settings
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@retronaga.com with
the email or phone number tied to your account. We respond within 30
days.
Account Deletion
You can delete your Retronaga account at any time:
- In the mobile app: Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account“
- Via email: send a deletion request to contact@retronaga.com
from the email address on your account
When you delete your account:
- Your profile, saved addresses, and login credentials are permanently
removed. - Past orders are anonymized (your name, email, phone, and address are
stripped) but the order line items and totals are retained for
accounting and tax purposes as required by law. - AppsFlyer data linked to your device may persist for the duration of
AppsFlyer’s retention policy.
International Data Transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and process data primarily
within the GCC. Some of our service providers (AppsFlyer, Stripe,
Twilio, Apple, Cloudflare) operate globally, which means your data may
be transferred to and processed in countries outside your home
jurisdiction. These transfers are protected by the providers’ standard
data protection agreements.
Children’s Privacy
Retronaga is intended for adult collectors and gift buyers. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13
(or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child
has provided us with personal information, contact
contact@retronaga.com and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be
flagged on retronaga.com and, where appropriate, communicated via email
or in-app notice. The “Effective Date” at the top of this policy
indicates when the current version took effect.
