1-Year Limited Warranty

All eligible Retronaga products include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty is designed to cover internal functional issues that affect normal use.

What Is Covered

• Hardware malfunctions affecting performance
• Power or charging issues under proper use
• Internal component faults not caused by external damage

If a valid issue is confirmed, Retronaga will repair the item, provide a replacement, or offer store credit if neither option is available.

What Is Not Covered

• Cosmetic condition, including scratches, marks, or general wear
• Any details already visible in product photos or mentioned in the description
• Damage caused after delivery (drops, liquids, heat, etc.)
• Battery wear over time
• Use of incorrect accessories or chargers
• Software-related issues resulting from user handling or modifications
• Any third-party repairs or alterations

Retro products are often 10–20+ years old, so light signs of use are considered part of their character.

Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold by Retronaga are intended to be original unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.

If an item is found to be not original and this was not disclosed, the customer is eligible for a full refund upon return.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Share your order number
2. Provide a short video clearly showing the issue
3. Follow any troubleshooting steps provided

All claims are reviewed before a return is arranged.

Inspection

Once received, items are inspected. If no fault is found or the issue falls outside warranty coverage, the item will be returned.

Returns Policy

Retronaga does not offer direct refunds for returned items.

Eligible Returns (Store Credit)

In certain cases, returns may be accepted upon approval, such as:

• A confirmed functional issue reported within a reasonable timeframe
• Receiving an incorrect item

If approved, store credit will be issued. Original shipping costs are not included.
